The Club AGM is held at the end of February every year.

It gives members the chance to have their say on how the Club is run.

Members have the chance to vote for their committee and also submit any other items they wish for the agenda. These must be received in writing within 7 working days of the AGM.

AGMs are ONLY open to Club Members and a valid Bathford Club membership card must be produced to gain entry.

Only legitimate Club Members may vote on items at the AGM.
